Lead Time Reality Check
"Rush orders" are the enemy of quality. Glue needs 24 hours to cure properly. Ink needs time to dry before binding. Pushing a 20-day production into 10 days often means skipping QC steps.
Negotiation Strategy
Instead of fighting the MOQ, ask for "split shipments." Order the MOQ of 3,000 to get the best price, but have them ship 1,000 now and store the rest for Q3 and Q4 distribution.
